Frequently asked questions
How much will it cost?
Once we have enough information about what you want to achieve. We will create a custom proposal with milestones and fixed prices. The more complex your product, the more money it will cost.
Do I pay for the full product development upfront?
We work in phases. This enables us to work through the project iteratively. There is nothing stopping you from bailing after one or two phases of work.
Once a phase has started, and you decide that you do not want to continue the work. We are not going to charge you the full phase amount if we've only done 25% of the work, but you will be liable to pay for the work completed.
What if I'm unhappy with the service?
Depending on how much work we have completed. We will offer a refund and/or work towards to an agreement if we cannot provide you with the service you are after.
What if plans change or scope of work increases or I need to cancel for other reasons?
We'll sit down like adults and figure out a plan forward and make sure the new plan works for both of us. Whatever that may be.
How does payment work?
For fixed cost projects. Each phase will be paid for separately. We use either a 50/50, or 40/40/20, or a custom split for payment methods.
For hourly projects we charge $90USD.
When do I own the Intellectual Property?
Once the work is completed, and the payments are made in full. The IP is yours and the world is your oyster.
