Iterative CAD work help flesh out numerous styling concepts.
We looked at:
- Manufacturability
- Style
- Part Count
- How the unit worked
A large emphasis was placed on usability for the overhead ear protection
All the parts, from the headband and the helmet clip, to the shell and ear cushions were explored and developed. We obsessed over tiny details and how parts interacted with each other to produce a holistic design
Of course there's only one way to find out if it works....
